get_started
Personalized starting point for a user who has just connected BlueSuite and does not know what to do next. Call this on the first BlueSuite exchange of a conversation when the user only greets you, confirms the connection, asks what BlueSuite can do, or seems unsure how to begin. Returns suggested first actions based on what is actually in their account. Do not call it when the user has already asked for something specific.
